Auto-tagging rules come next. Settings > Automations > + New Rule > Select “Tag by Content Pattern” > Type a keyword or regex. That’s it.

Conditional alert triggers? Settings > Automations > + New Alert > Choose “When Field Equals X” > Set your condition. You’ll have it live before you scroll past the Slack notification.

You don’t need special permissions. This isn’t enterprise spaghetti. It’s built for people who just want things to work.

Here’s what trips people up: overlapping time-based triggers. Like setting one rule for “every hour” and another for “every 30 minutes”. They collide and fire twice.

Fix it in five seconds: pick one interval. Stick to hourly, daily, or manual. Don’t layer them.
